All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and top-notch. the location was amazing, right by a safe and charming area in beautiful Colorado. Plus, it's situated in the heart of Jackson. 🌲

The late afternoon-early evening snacks and drinks were a nice touch, although only available Monday to Wednesday. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I also appreciated the outdoor space with the firepit, which made for a cozy gathering spot.

I experienced some connectivity issues with the TV during my stay, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited for those with food allergies, as many of the egg dishes contained pepper.

Our recent stay was amazing! the breakfast had a great selection with delicious coffee and tea. the outdoor space with the firepit was perfect for our relaxing evening after a long day of exploring the area. the location was ideal for our needs and our room included great amenities to make it feel like home.

We stayed during a busy holiday and the hotel was short-staffed. As a result, our room had issues with the heating system and the walls were not soundproof, leaving us to hear noise from surrounding rooms.
